CubeOcean Cloud
1. Definitions
CubeOcean Cloud is a cloud platform providing hosting, computing, and digital infrastructure services.
The User refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses CubeOcean Cloud services.
2. Services
CubeOcean Cloud provides the following core services:
- Shared hosting based on Pterodactyl Panel (application runtime, bots, game servers)
- Database hosting (SQL / NoSQL)
- Website hosting based on cPanel
- Additional cloud services that may be developed in the future
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using CubeOcean Cloud services, the User agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions.
4. Allowed Usage
Users are allowed to use the services for:
- Hosting applications, websites, bots, and databases
- Software and system development
- Web crawling only with prior approval from the CubeOcean Cloud team and under strict supervision
5. Strictly Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using the services for:
- Cryptocurrency mining in any form
- DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks
- DoS (Denial of Service) attacks
- Cyber attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access attempts
- System exploitation or infrastructure abuse
- Any illegal activity or actions that harm CubeOcean Cloud or third parties
6. User Data
By using CubeOcean Cloud, the User agrees that:
- Activity data may be collected by the system
- Data may be used for service improvement and analytics
- Data may be used for AI training, including chatbot and machine learning models
- Data will not be sold to third parties unless required by law
7. Account Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and all activities conducted through them.
8. Enforcement and Sanctions
Violations of these terms may result in:
- Temporary suspension (temporary ban)
- Permanent suspension (permanent ban)
The severity of the penalty depends on the level of violation.
If a temporary suspension is applied, the User may:
- Open a support ticket
- Provide a full explanation of the incident
- Request a review for account reinstatement
Final decisions remain at the discretion of CubeOcean Cloud.
9. Service Availability
CubeOcean Cloud does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:
- System maintenance
- Technical issues
- External network or infrastructure problems
10. Rights and Modifications
CubeOcean Cloud reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services and terms at any time without prior notice.
11. Termination
CubeOcean Cloud may suspend or permanently terminate services without compensation if a violation occurs.
